Second place, Waterford VA

We have a winner! (sort of)

This image took second place in the Nature Studies/Animals Category at the Waterford fair.  I was pretty darn tickled as this is one of my favorite shots, and the fact that my Vizsla LUNA is the subject just has me more thrilled.  It is really nice to get some recognition on occasion for something you love to do. This being only the second year I have entered, and having placed with a second both years,  I can’t complain.  This category is probably the most popular/heavily entered as well, everything from bugs, birds, flowers, and the occasional pet.

Here is to hoping next year will be as successful.
