Sooo, just a quick blog (though you are due a large one with how long it’s been *sigh* ). Just wanted to share something from today that’s exciting.
My dad informed me of a chance to hang some art at the Results Gym in D.C. So I grabbed up what I had framed and swapped out the “Winter Contemplations” for “Beyond Frost”. That one is my image for this blog on my website. Anyway, I had 6 images to take in and hang.
Here are a couple shots I snapped just to document the day. Who thought I would ever have anything hanging in D.C.? Certainly not me, not anytime soon anyway, who cares if it’s a family gym.
“Middleburg Barn” on left, and “Bale Posted” on right.. holding their own though this pic doesn’t show it much.
“Beyond Frost”, “White’s Ferry Morning”, “Icy Reflections”, and “Short Hill Evening”
The photos are situated on a stairway, this is looking down the stairway at them.. not bad placement overall.. Waterford Fair has been worse with some.
Just thought I would share. Things have been busy around here and don’t have a lot of creative energy to put toward blog entries. So I apologize.
Wonderful! There is nothing quite like having your work “out there” –being shown to the public eye. Congrats.

All right, so it’s not exactly IN the room with all the equipment (like I thought), but this is much classier. I’m not that big a fan of abstract artwork, but it certainly makes for a nice contrast. Again, congratulations! Do you know how long they’ll be up? We’ll have to schedule a trip to go visit it one day and have your picture taken there. 🙂
