Foodie Friday Returns

It’s been a busy kitchen in the “G” house lately.  Here are a couple glimpses into our kitchen this week.

Peach Pie

Home-made Ravioli

Fresh cheese/garlic bread

MMmmm rich pockets of cheese

I do not claim to be a master of food photography… these photos do not begin to give these goodies justice.  The peach pie turned out well, it was my first and can be improved upon but I am not complaining.  The ravioli are a nice change from the usual ravioli you find in stores. For the pasta portion I just used Won Ton wrappers, the texture is a little different but totally tolerable even for picky me.  The filling is a mixture of ricotta, cream cheese, parmesan, mozzarella, and various spices.  I kinda just threw it all together but you can’t really go wrong.

Just another week in the “G” kitchen, hope you enjoy, and wish I could share.

If you would ever like any of the recipes just ask and I will be happy to pass them on.

That ravioli looks soooo good. Very nice and that cheese garlic bread looks to die for. Wonderful post.

OK, this last shot with the rich pockets of cheese did it for me. Gorgeous and edible, ’nuff said.
