I am a photographer who is not picky about subjects (nor scared to show puppy pictures after such artsy cherry blossom photos… no matter how cliche some may think it)… I enjoy shooting everything from rocks and fungi to puppies… It’s all about the process to me and connecting with whatever subject I am shooting which connects me more with the One who gave me the gift and desire to create (or rather document their creations) in the first place.
So with that being said… a monday pick you up that I have been itching to share
Meet Zeus, an Akita. At the time he was about 9 weeks old. I am hoping he comes today for daycare so I can introduce him to the really long long line now that he is really wanting to explore.
Had to try a BW too, not sure which one I like better.

Aw, sweety sweety mooshams…I prefer the top one. Never heard of an Akita and will also be interested to see how he progresses into adulthood. Lovely photo. ^_^
I like the first photo better, because you can see the pink in his paws and ears . . . I have a soft spot for Akitas – I can’t wait to see him all grown up!
yeah, I think I am agreeing with all the pink ear/paw comments. He is like an Akita version of your Toki… I will be sure to share pics as he grows up. Thanks for stopping by
He definitely begs for cuddling. I like the first one best. I think it shows the contrasts best. Plus that’s a face you couldn’t help but love.
How could I pick a favourite? I just want to stick him in my pocket to snuggle with all day.
Though that look in his eyes tells me he wouldn’t want to sit around and cuddle for long. Something tells me he is going to be one fuzzy handful. The name suits him, no doubt.
