So here we go, week 22… words will be few as the weekend has me tired (that should not be allowed to happen) and it’s 10 PM…
Anyway, here are a couple more photographic images from our Arboretum visit
Nate and Nicole peaking at some of her images. These adventures would largely not happen without her. Check out her website for some of her own captures from these outings.
My lovely friend Alexa and her 3 well-behaved canines… whom Luna has known most of her life (in various amounts of time). Luna even recognizes Alexa’s mom’s van now, they don’t so much play as they do explore together. Thanks for joining us Alexa, wouldn’t have been the same without you.
This is what happens when you throw Banjo (the tan puppy above) in the pond 😉
Luna started it all by going in on her own. (PS I love this shot, glad my eye saw it)
BW version, which do you prefer? It’s so hard to get good BW photos of Luna with her colors, this fact makes me sad on a regular basis. But I am pretty happy with this one.
Not bad for no tripod… take that breeze
And one of my other favorites of the day… again no tripod, mmmmm bokeh
And there you have it, I apologize for the lack of a Foodie post, I will consolidate this weeks if I can. I have been cooking, chicken parmesan, and strawberry shortcake tonight, oh and the pups will get the flank steak. So stay tuned and happy monday.
…More like when Banjo falls face-first into the pond, haha! I absolutely love Banjo’s fur shot! Like, LOVE! I was busy looking at the picture of myself and my dogs when I noticed the hair shot underneath and was instantly entranced, not even realizing it was Banjo until I read the caption! Very unique and creative, it needs to be submitted into a pet photo contest, no joke! (Oh, by the way, do you think you could send me the originals of the two photos?)
And I also think the pink flower photo is stunning! Do you know the name of this flower? I’ve been seeing them everywhere lately…
I love the mental image of Luna leading the charge into the pond. Of course, lovely Viszla fur is much easier to clean than the longer terrier fur. 😉
You definitely got some amazing shots over the weekend! I can’t wait to see what the next one brings.
The photo of Banjo’s curls was oh-so cute. 🙂
I agree – great shot of Luna’s cute behind. I think the B&W turned out lovely. I have a hard time with Gus’s coloring, too and most B&W look pretty icky. This one is gorgeous!
I like the colour shot better… I love the viszla colouring, and the contrast against the pale wood… it gets lost a bit when in black and white. My fave shot is the one of Banjo’s fur, though… it’s so interesting!
Of course Luna went in the pond first. She knows how much fun ponds are! I like that shot of Luna too. I think the B&W came out very nicely. (I don’t like most B&W shots that I have tried of my dogs either.) The pictures of the flowers are gorgeous.
