Wouldn’t luck have it, that the week I have been great in the kitchen, making all kinds of yummy stuff… my main computer breaks. Or rather, I manage to break it. Combine that with being forced to work on a little laptop, and today being oober busy at work… and Foodie Friday will be a bit delayed. Just wanted to warn you all.
But in foodie news… the season of Wine Berries are just around the corner. I found my first (mostly) ripe one Wednesday… And I will be checking out a picking spot this weekend to see if any more have come in. I have to figure out what I will do with them all. I’m thinking many will be frozen for pies, smoothies, ice cream later, ooh and some muffins/scones too. So many options.
So stay tuned, maybe I can crank out some photos on this old laptop.
