Well, this post is LONG overdue, but here it is.
Nearly 7 weeks ago one of the resident German Shorthair Pointers had her puppies.
Meet the Aspen/Dover puppies, 8 of them. 6 Girls and 2 Boys
Seen here during one of their early outings… not quite sure what to make of the grass. (yeah we might be missing one.. hard to tell)
Aspen loves her babies, she took to them right away, and has been a great calm, happy mom. And she keeps them clean too, not much more you can ask for. Now for some puppy cuteness overload. Look away if you can’t handle it
Cuteness of this level can be difficult to tolerate…
Without clapping hands and squealing
Don’t hold it back… it’s normal…
Let it go! Be happy!!
I will leave you with those for tonight. I have more though, so be sure to keep an eye out for the next batch. Yesterday, we introduced them to a wing and string to evaluate hunt a bit. And I LOVE some of the images I got of these ladies (mostly) on point. These photos were of them around 5-6 weeks probably, the next batch they will be 6.5 weeks old, quite awesome to see them show so much style so young. Anyway, stay tuned.
If you are in the Northern VA/MD area and know anyone interested, comment or message for more info.
They are so cute, I love German Shorthairs, if I didn’t have Chessie’s this is a breed I would definately like to have, wonderful dogs.
Squeeeeeeee! They are the most precious puppies I have ever seen! Talk about cuteness overload! No warning could ever prepare me fully for photos like that.
Man. I need a puppy.
Soooo adorable. Can’t wait for the next batch of photos!
SO CUTE, I can hardly stand it!!
Cuteness overload! Oh my, I’m like an addict needing to get my puppy fix. This has done nicely XD
Those puppies are so cute!
Wait till you see them point… Not that you will ever cross over to pointers probably 😉
